A: Many people may not use a mail program like Microsoft Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird, etc. If you use a web based email program like Yahoo!, Gmail, or Hotmail, please just save the completed forms and then email them to us as an attachment.

Download and Submit the Following Documents when Applying to Southeastern. Helpful Instructions You may download the following registration packets: *Admissions Packet #1 – Application, Emergency Permit Form (e-mail the completed packet and print a copy for your files) and *Admissions Packet #2 – Medical Form, Pastor Reference Form, Transcript Request Form (print the partially filled in packet and have the appropriate persons fill in the rest of the printed packet) Scholarship and Student Worker’s Packet – Available Scholarships, Scholarship Application, Scholarship/Grant Assistance Application, Student Workers Application (e-mail the completed packet and print a copy for your files) *Pastor Reference Form – Pastors can fill this form out online and e-mail it to the Admissions Office *denotes required forms for acceptance to the college Other Miscellaneous Forms |
