10.18 Office is designated which securely maintains all information and records of grievance proceedings, instructions for filing a complaint with TRACS, and any other relevant government agencies.
The College Office maintains files on the governmental, higher education, and voluntary membership entities with whom the Institution has relationships. There have been no grievances since the last comprehensive visit, and the related documents are on file both in the Office of the President and also as digital records.
