10.32 Policies that the Board arranges for the recording, preservation, and appropriate dissemination of accurate and complete minutes that reflect all proceedings of Board and Board committee meetings.


The Bylaws Article 4.10 requires the Secretary of the Board of Directors to record, perform official correspondence in the name of the Board of Directors and keep up to date files on the operation of the school.
