16.7 Student rights and responsibilities, including grievance procedures, are clearly stated, well publicized, readily available, and fairly and consistently administered.

a. Complete records of all complaints are maintained for five years, including their resolution.

b. Records of complaints are made available for review by visiting teams or TRACS.


Student rights and responsibilities are clearly outlined in the Catalog, the Student Handbook, and on the Institutional website These are well publicized, readily available, and administered fairly and consistently. Grievance files in Deans office with complete records of all complaints (including their resolution) will be placed in the permanent student files which are located in the Admissions Office.
