The Institution is implementing a comprehensive faculty evaluation plan for the regular evaluation of all faculty. This plan includes
1. Professional Development
2. Student Evaluation of Instruction
3. Course Syllabi Evaluation
4. Classroom evaluation
5. Year-end evaluation with the Academic Dean (full-time faculty only)
This process will evaluate faculty performance with the goal of improving instructional delivery. The faculty assessment process is developmental in nature, and its intent is to encourage and lead to faculty improvement. Forms and procedures will be regularly reviewed and changed to fit the needs of our institution.
